The process rcm2 and its staff followed to obtain IIP certification included:

• Business Plan
  A clear business plan communicated to all staff so that each one of us knows how they contribute to our overall objectives.
  
  
• Our People and Qualifications
  We are committed to the self-development of our staff. We invest time and resources in in-house and external training. Most of our staff are registered on part-time MSc courses to achieve post-graduate qualifications.
  
  
• Customer-Focused Processes
  We value feedback from our clients in order to improve our performance. We regularly send questionnaires to our customers and ask them to rate our products/services and suggest how we can improve them.
  
  
• Certificate of Achievement
  Every quarter, all staff nominate one person who has contributed most to our business and she/he receives a 'Certificate of Achievement' from rcm2's Managing Director.



• Contacts with Local Universities
  We have links with a number of UK Universities (London City, Surrey, Middlesex, York, Birmingham and Staffordshire).
